Dave played two games on Friday which they won 9-0 and 11-1. The one which was scored against them was actually scored when our goalie came out to clear a 'break-away' ball and his own player who was chasing the ball couldn't get out of the way when the goalie cleared the ball...bouncing off his player and rolling back into our own goal. Saturday they won 9-0 and 3-0 before earning a spot in the championship game. During the championship game, the other team caught our defense off-guard and had an early score. We controlled the ball most of the game but just couldn't score until there was about 2 minutes left. Less than a minute later, we scored again to take the lead 2-1...which was how the game ended. Needless to say, the crowd went wild. Congratulations Dave!
